Refunds & Cancellations

This policy applies to purchases made on MeetCute (https://meetcute.online) through our payment partner.

Digital stars (users)

Stars are prepaid digital credits used on the platform to tip creators and unlock in-app features. Once stars are credited to your wallet after a successful payment, they are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as described below.

• Failed or duplicate charges: If payment was taken but stars were not credited, contact us within 7 days with your order reference from the payment receipt or wallet return URL.
• Unauthorized transactions: Report suspected fraud promptly at support@meetcute.online.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Cancellations

Star top-up orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed. If checkout is abandoned before payment, no charge is made and no cancellation is required.

Creator withdrawal requests for earned stars may be cancelled before payout processing by contacting support. Processed payouts cannot be reversed through the platform.

Processing time

Approved refunds for eligible cases are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
